This is the world’s leading endodontic software, and has proven to be extremely reliable. As you know, I have now taken advantage of cloud based web referrals for dentists, this also allows your patients to fill in consent, medical history and pain history in advance from their own homes.
TDO offers all the required GDPR compliance protection to our users. The database is password protected, the backups are password protected and encrypted , all the communication to our web servers are encrypted through the VPN, TDO offers strong password policy compliant with GDPR.
Any data entered via the web portal is encrypted and is behind 2 factor authentication, this is the case for both Dentist entered data, and Patient entered data. This is only visible through my TDO software to which only I have access.
Your details will never be passed to any third party without your express consent. I do not do “ marketing” or mailing lists etc, I find them quite the opposite of the way I chose to practice dentistry. You can be confident that your’s and your patient’s data remains confidential and securely stored on my remote server.
The web server is my preferred method of contact for referrals re data security, I can then send notifications back to you with just a link to the final reports written so you can download them and import into your PM software. Reports are also available for download for every case you have ever referred.
Even though all my emails are sent via a secure server, the web portal offers an extra degree of security.
